1. Scope of Work

1.1. The Standard Plan provides ongoing monthly video editing services to support the client’s needs for high-quality social media content or other specified platforms.
1.2. The deliverables under this plan include:

• 40 minutes of final cut video editing per subscription period, delivered as:
  • Eight (8) 5-minute videos,
  • Ten (10) 4-minute videos, or
  • Other combinations totaling 40 minutes, as agreed upon with the client.

1.3. Any unused minutes will not roll over to the next subscription period.

2. Delivery Timeline

2.1. Standard delivery is within 7 business days of receiving all required materials (e.g., raw footage, scripts, branding assets, etc.) from the client.
2.2. Rush delivery within 3 business days is available for an additional fee of $150 per project request.
2.3. Delivery timelines may vary for projects with complex editing requirements or if materials are submitted late by the client.

3. Revisions

3.1. This plan includes up to two rounds of revisions per video, aimed at ensuring client satisfaction.
3.2. Additional revision requests will incur a charge of $50 per round, billed separately.
3.3. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the final video(s); requests after this timeframe will be treated as new projects.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1. The client must provide all necessary raw footage, branding guidelines, and instructions for each project.
4.2. Delays in providing required materials may affect the delivery timeline.
4.3. Clients are responsible for ensuring all materials provided comply with copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

5. Payment Terms

5.1. The Standard Plan operates on a monthly subscription basis with a fee of $600 per month, payable upfront.
5.2. The rush delivery fee of $150, if applicable, must be paid at the time of placing the project request.
5.3. Subscriptions are renewed automatically unless canceled per the terms outlined in Section 6.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by notifying the service provider at least 5 days before the next billing cycle.
6.2. No refunds will be provided for unused minutes within an active subscription period.
6.3. If the client cancels within the first 24 hours of initial subscription purchase and no work has started, they will be eligible for a full refund.

7. Ownership and Usage Rights

7.1. Upon full payment, the client will have full ownership of the final delivered video(s).
7.2. The service provider retains the right to use non-confidential project elements for portfolio or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

8. Limitations

8.1. The Standard Plan does not include:

• Scriptwriting, voiceover, subtitling, or stock footage (available as add-ons for additional fees).
• Extensive special effects, animations, or 3D rendering (available under custom agreements).

8.2. Requests beyond the allocated 40 minutes of video editing will be billed separately at the rate of $20 per additional minute.

9. Confidentiality

9.1. All materials shared by the client will be treated with confidentiality and used solely for the purposes of project completion.
9.2. The client consents to the service provider using anonymized project data for internal training or process improvement.

10. Subscription Management

10.1. The client is responsible for managing their subscription, including cancellations or changes to the subscription tier.
10.2. Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle will result in automatic renewal, and no refunds will be issued for late cancellations.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1. Any disputes regarding the Standard Plan or its deliverables will first be addressed through mutual consultation.
