Terms and Conditions for Premium Plan ($4,700/Month)

1. Scope of Work

1.1. The Premium Plan offers a monthly subscription for unlimited video editing services, suitable for:

  • Commercials,
  • Documentaries,
  • Corporate videos, and more.

1.2. While the plan allows for unlimited editing, it is recommended to structure projects into deliverables capped at 30 minutes each to optimize viewer engagement. However, the final structure will align with the client’s preferences.
1.3. All projects will adhere to the specific guidelines, branding, and style provided by the client.

2. Delivery Timeline

2.1. Standard delivery is within 10 business days from the receipt of all necessary materials (e.g., raw footage, scripts, branding assets) and project specifications.
2.2. Rush delivery is available within 5 business days for an additional fee of $200 per request.
2.3. Delays in the submission of materials by the client may impact delivery timelines.

3. Revisions

3.1. The Premium Plan includes unlimited revisions to ensure client satisfaction, provided the revisions align with the original project brief.
3.2. Revisions involving significant changes outside the original scope may require additional charges, which will be communicated in advance.
3.3. Revision requests must be made within 10 days of the final delivery of each project. Requests submitted after this timeframe will be considered new projects.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1. The client must provide all required materials, including but not limited to:

  • Raw footage,
  • Branding guidelines,
  • Scripts,
  • Specific instructions or examples for desired edits.

4.2. The client is responsible for ensuring that submitted materials comply with intellectual property and copyright laws.
4.3. Timely submission of materials is necessary to meet agreed-upon delivery timelines.

5. Payment Terms

5.1. The Premium Plan operates on a monthly subscription basis, with a fee of $4,700 per month, payable in advance.
5.2. The rush delivery fee of $200, if applicable, must be paid at the time of requesting expedited service.
5.3. The subscription automatically renews each month unless canceled per the terms outlined in Section 6.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1. The client may cancel the subscription at any time by providing written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
6.2. No refunds will be issued for partial or unused months of the subscription.
6.3. A full refund will be issued if the client cancels within 24 hours of the initial subscription purchase and no work has commenced.

7. Ownership and Usage Rights

7.1. Upon full payment, the client retains full ownership of all final delivered video(s).
7.2. The service provider retains the right to showcase non-confidential project elements for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.

8. Limitations

8.1. While unlimited editing minutes are included, the client agrees to provide reasonable deadlines and ensure edits remain within industry standards for quality and efficiency.
8.2. This plan does not include:

  • Voiceovers,
  • Subtitles,
  • Stock footage, or
  • Special effects and animations beyond the typical editing process (available as add-ons at additional cost).

8.3. Complex projects requiring extensive special effects or 3D rendering may necessitate extended timelines or custom agreements.

9. Confidentiality

9.1. All materials provided by the client will remain confidential and used solely for project completion purposes.
9.2. The service provider may retain anonymized project data for internal training or quality improvements.

10. Subscription Management

10.1. The client is responsible for managing their subscription, including upgrading, downgrading, or canceling services.
10.2. Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle will result in automatic renewal, and no refunds will be provided for late cancellations.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1. Any disputes arising from the Premium Plan will first be addressed through mutual consultation.

    6. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

      • Clients can cancel their subscription by providing written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

      • No refunds are issued for partial or unused months.

      • A full refund is available if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the initial subscription purchase and no work has commenced.
