1. Scope of Work

1.1. The Basic Plan includes one-off video editing services tailored to deliver high-quality content for social media or other specified platforms.
1.2. The deliverables under this plan consist of:

• One 15-minute final cut video, or
• Two 5-minute videos, or
• Three 3-minute 30-second videos, or
• Other combinations totaling 15 minutes, as agreed upon with the client.

2. Delivery Timeline

2.1. Standard delivery is within 3 business days from the time all necessary materials (e.g., raw footage, script, assets, etc.) are provided by the client.
2.2. Rush delivery within 24 hours is available for an additional fee of $100.
2.3. Any delays caused by incomplete or incorrect submissions from the client may result in a revised delivery date.

3. Revisions

3.1. This plan includes up to two rounds of revisions to ensure client satisfaction.
3.2. Additional revisions will incur a charge of $50 per revision round, billed separately.
3.3. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of the initial delivery; any requests after this period will be considered a new project.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1. The client must provide all required raw footage, text, images, and branding guidelines at the start of the project.
4.2. Any delays in providing materials may impact the agreed delivery timeline.
4.3. The client is responsible for ensuring that all materials submitted do not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.

5. Payment Terms

5.1. The total price for the Basic Plan is $250, payable upfront via the agreed payment method.
5.2. The rush delivery fee of $100, if applicable, must be paid at the time of placing the order.
5.3. No work will commence until payment has been received in full.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1. Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment and before work has commenced will be eligible for a 100% refund.
6.2. Once the editing process has begun, cancellations are non-refundable.
6.3. Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction stemming from unclear instructions or changes to the project scope after work has started.

7. Ownership and Usage Rights

7.1. Upon full payment, the client will receive full rights to the final delivered video(s).
7.2. The service provider reserves the right to retain a copy of the completed project for portfolio or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

8. Limitations

8.1. This plan does not include:

• Scriptwriting, voiceover, or subtitling services (available as add-ons for additional fees).
• Extensive special effects, animations, or 3D rendering (available under premium plans).

8.2. Requests falling outside the scope of this plan will require a separate agreement and additional charges.

9. Confidentiality

9.1. All materials provided by the client will be treated with confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of completing the project.
9.2. The client consents to the service provider using the project details for internal training and improvement purposes.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. Any disputes arising from the terms or deliverables of this plan will be resolved amicably through mutual consultation.
